Introduction

In a world, where we treat an organization as a beehive – Every bee working for it has its importance. Everyone working in this organization can either make it or break it. Hence, they are always looking to clean the system by firing employees who don’t serve the company for good.

And in such a situation how do you find security?

As an employee, just understanding the task and doing it, is not enough. You’re easily replaceable by any other Artificial intelligence if you do not infuse your Emotional intelligence at work. You are constantly expected to be great at what you do.

Have you ever wondered why employers are always positioned on top of employees?

Because they think and act in a certain way, they are people-oriented and value their time. They are more tend to be irreplaceable, however, they hold more security.

What makes an Employee different from an Employer?

In a single word “Mindset”

The employee at the bottom will make sure his task is getting completed. But In reality,

– They are rarely found questioning the depth and purpose of the work.
– They are commonly found to be resistive about adopting new knowledge and hate minor errors at work.
– They rarely think of acquiring soft skills that can upgrade them to welcome great opportunities on their way.

With these poor traits and mindset, they are left unseen for years or are replaced with someone more enthusiastic.

Whereas the Employer at the top who decided to be creative:

– See problems from a different perception to get a different solution
– Take sensible risks and accept failures as part of the INNOVATION process
– Confront the obstacles that arise when challenging the status quo
– They believe in the power of teamwork and collaboration
– They are open to more than one interpretation when in doubt
– Continue to grow intellectually rather than let their skills and knowledge stagnant

If you ever questioned “If an employee mindset person can ever transform into an Employer’s mindset” This is your sign to adopt the abundant Employer’s mindset and raise to the heights where you belong.
