Return & Refund Policy

You are entitled to cancel your purchased services within 15 days without giving any reason for doing so or you can transfer the services to your family member.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email –  estrangeaurora@gmail.com

We will respond to you no later than 30 days from the day we received your email. We will use the same chain email to communicate for the resolution. Once both the parties agree to the documented resolution. The refund will be issued within 5 working days (Saturday & Sunday – holiday) if late due to any reason, it will be communicated on the same chain. 

Conditions for returns (Returning Goods):

As we do not have any product. No returns are applicable. In order for the goods to be eligible for a return.

Gifts/Coupons:

Coupons provided during the advertisements/emails/promotions are applicable with different terms & conditions. Coupons  can be transferred & referred to many.
